Description: This video contains all the training sessions I recorded in the year 2009, in the gym and outside. I dedicate this video to my dad. He died in a car accident not by his fault. I did not even get to say goodbye.

The video is long, if you don’t want to watch it, don’t do it, and don’t leave unneccessary comments, I did it only to dedicate it to my dad and not to show off skills, because he always liked my videos before.

I also have a back injury, and i am not able to train for a long time.
